Check the negative feedback comments. You're not the only one who didn't receive anything. Start a Paypal dispute and claim as soon as you can.

    thanks for the reply.

I'm going to send one more email to him via paypal stating if I don't receive it by tonight I will be starting a dispute through pp.

Just looked at the feedback again and I'm quoting the last happy buyer "FAST SHIPPING!! (approx. 45min.) Excellent E-Bayer, A+++++". thats for the 3month subscription.

This was my email I sent (4 in total now):

This is another request to see where my purchase is. I am going to quote your last buyer "FAST SHIPPING!! (approx. 45min.) Excellent E-Bayer, A+++++". I find it highly unfair that I have yet not received my 12month xbox subscription or a reply after 3 days and if this is not solved by 10 o'clock tonight I'll will be pursuing a paypal dispute.

One of the comments states that he doesn't speak English at all. He may not even understand your email then.

great to hear you've got sorted, but just some advice for future reference

paypal won't touch claims for an intangible product with a 500ft bargepole, that's the chance you take with ebay.

zavvi, the hut, etc have had 14 months for just over €40 recently, and on HUKD you can usually get 3 months for about a tenner (still not 100% safe, but less cases of non-delivery from what I've read

sound for the advice, for future reference for myself, would ye not have a comeback even with a receipt from paypal.? I know it was a code sent by email and not a tangible product but ye do still have proof of purchase and emails that were sent/received via ebay.?

I dont know about ebay, but you definitly cannot claim for an intangible item through paypal.

afaik listing an intangible item is against eBay rules. I've always found it an iteresting scam that PayPal run when they won't pay up if there is a problem with an item which was against eBays rules to list in the first place.

I knew that list of wot you can report on eBay would come in handy.....eventually :)
    Listing Policy Breaches
    - Prohibited (banned) items
    - - No item offered for sale
    - - - Invisible or intangible item
