I wish all of the people that were so vocally supportive of the treaty would fcuk right off to Lisbon. I imagine them bent over and holding onto a shower rail while taking it up the ass from Sarkozy & at the same time telling themselves it's for the benefit of job creation

If we were ever stupid enough to quit the EU believe me I would. I really really wish the people of this country would blame who is responsible for the mess we're in... themselves. Yes all of us.

For how we fukked this country up we deserve to be taking it in the ass.

The world, or the country; is not a commercial entity first and foremost. And yet it's been sold from under our feet. Go right ahead and attempt to justify that however, for some the only way to survive is out of the bag of tricks from a strangers pocket

How on earth is that the EU's fault though? They're not forcing theor laosn on us. We're asking for their money. And, no unreasonably, they're putting a few conditions on it.

I'm not justify anything. I'm saying as a fact we fukked the country up financially. Maybe some of you think we lived in an agrarian paradise in the 1940's when we had 'our freedom'. In reality though we lived in a backward poor miserable shítehole. Money isn't everything but if the IMF come in we'll be all misty-eyed over the EU.

Nope, not joking. I agree in part with what Meglome said about it being us who fcuked up. It's not beyond reasonable doubt that we'll continue to do so. Of course it's not just us who have fcuked up.. but most people who have availed of the modern global banking system. The same type of system which is being put in place to bail everyone out. It's easy to mask as logical that which seems necessary
