Lean Muscle Nutrition Plan??

    Hey! I'm looking for a site/book that has a complete nutritional plan for lean muscle gains would go to a nutritionist but it's too costly. I've been training seriously for about 6 months and can see my abs, 4 of them anyway but cant shift the extra few pounds.
    I do a full body workout weights and machines + ab work and 20 mins hiit cardio 3/4 times a week I'm 5'9 70kgs. I eat well, breakfast - porridge, lunch - tuna sandwich on wholegrain, dinner - chicken/turkey breast or salmon with veg, later on 2 egg sandwich also 2 protein shakes a day (currently hurricane xs). I realise I need to start counting calories and weighing food but don't know how to start going about without some sort of manual. Wanted to buy Men's Health RE-Fuel but can't find it anywhere?
