I am looking for the same info. Would appreciate any feedback, or a similar tv for the same cost. [approx. 300 euros]

Hi, I puchased one of these today and it will returned tomorrow. Its digital tuner was not able to tune any ROI digital TV channels. It did successfully tune in digital radio channels and analog TV channels. The documentation on the Argos site states full HD 1080P. The writing on the box was ambiguous and just stated 1080. The set may support 1080i and MPEG 2 but does not support 1080p.

In summary, it does not support H.264 or MPEG 4 and should not be offered for sale outside the UK.

Did you notice the note that Argos put on the top of the Details Page? It specifically states that this model does not support Irish DTT.

Good tv for those using normal sky. If you don't have a digital connection or want to use it for gaming or blu ray, then best to invest in a better model.
