Right i bought an Acer Revo 3600 this a while ago and I dont think I am using it to its potential i.e its sitting in the corner gathering dust.

I had win 7 on it with xmbc streaming stuff from the home network but it was jerky and slow and basically annoying.

Has anyone got one what the best setup. XMBC live with a Bluetooth remote control?

I dont have a wireless keyboard our mouse can anyone recommend one?

Sorry if the questions are all over the place - basically the question is if it was you what would you do?

I have 15mb broadband. and i have lot of movies ripped from my DVD collection in divx format. but i dont like the idea of my PC having to be on as well as the revo so i can look at video files.

    Thanks for looking
    M

I have the same machine and run boxee and mythtv frontend on it. I'm using Ubuntu as the OS. It plays 1080p content perfectly.

I have a logitech mini diNovo keyboard. Works very well.

You could put your ripped movies etc onto an external disk and connect it to the revo OR better still....you could pick up a NAS and put all media on that.

    Good luck
