Best place for running lights?

We're just getting into winter now and I'm about to start a marathon training programme. I live out the country so there's no street lights.

Where's the best place to get LED lights or something similar for strapping to your arm or head or leg? I thought a google search of running accessories would help but I'm not getting anywhere!

It's worth keeping an eye out for lidl and aldi specials though you may want something a little quicker than that.

There's a good thread here on the subject. One of the headtorches namechecked is an ultrafire. I've since gotten one of these bad boys and they are great. Other headtorches I'd gotten before inc. good names like Petzls, are only adequate by comparison.

Got one on ebay a few years ago for about a €5, and have had no hassles with it. Only advice would be to go for one that takes AAA batteries as ones taking larger ones tend to be heavier & will bob up & down as you run which gets pretty annoying!
