accommodation in Milan

    can anyone recommend accommodation in Milan - 24/11/10 to 01/12/10 ??
    We are looking for something small, nice, but in a good location, for my wife & myself to celebrate her 50th birthday. We have looked at a few websites & the prices are really expensive. Any suggestions very welcome :):)

    A few of my friends stayed here. A very very very nice hotel. 4 star and has a free shuttle. They booked theirs on this website and got the 'Smart Price'. A deluxe double room in this 4 star hotel for your dates is only €425. 4 Stars in Milan for 7 nights breakfast included, not bad.

    Stayed in Starhotels Anderson and Splendido in July. Great hotels and two mins from the train station, well worth a visit!

    Forgot to mention this fabulous pizza restaurant if you're in Milan. It's Maruzzella Pizzeria, Piazza Guglielmo Oberdan and the underground stop is Porta Venezia. There might be long queues, of course we were there in july, but they will seat you quickly and the food and service is just amazing!
