Anyone still watching? S3 has been kind of weak since they changed to the 20 minute format imp. Latest ep was excellent imo brought the story back

Ive been following season 3 since its return last year and although there have been a few weak spots here and there in the writing,I have to say the show is developing.Season 3 was intended to broaden out the characters although a lot of the time the balance between plot and jokes havent felt right.Not a bad season there have been a few good episodes and the season finale has so much potential for the next.

It could have been a lot worse to be honest.

I stopped watching during Season 3 after watching it religiously during the previous 2. I think it became awful when they extended the running time.

It was certainly more hit and miss alright but between the Rehab ep and the last one, it's definitely worth watching.

Been all good so far , 10 minute format is a welcome return. Loving the fact that there is more continuity between episodes too.

The Metalocalypse 1 hour special is airing this Sunday

The special picks up directly after the season 4 finale,where

Toki Wartooth and Abigail were both stabbed and abducted by the Revengencers, and the rest of Dethklok must try to rescue them.

The special will also explain how Toki became a member of Dethklok.The score will be composed by Brendon Small as well as a 50 piece orchestra under the composition of Bear McCreary. The special will contain several guest voice actors such as George "Corpsegrinder" Fisher and Jack Black.It is possible that this will conclude the Metalocalypse series, as creator Brendon Small has stated in the past that his intention would be to do the fourth season and a movie and then end the show.
