I've come across worse. Although if they're offering 26k to a manager Im sure they have some sort of a monkey updating their job adverts.

Note that they're looking for somebody with only two years of experience, and with no university background. So it can be anyone in the age of 20-22. I think 26k is a good money for a person with this profile.
