During the summer Delta alternated between 767s and 777s. Air France Cargo replaced the Saturday 747F with a 777 for a while. Not sure if that service is still running, and if so what it's currently using. Both of the above into DUB.

No there are not. Air France did operate the 777 however they promptly disposed of many of their new 777's, fedex got them.

The 777F that Fedex are ordering are brand new straight off the BCF line,These wide body acft will replace the MD10&MD11 on the inter continental routes Fedex was one of the original A380F customers.
Also the A300-600F that operate within Europe and some in the US will be/are been replaced with 757F.

Why did Air France do that ? Surely they lost a lot of money selling them off ?

They're nice i've been on a China Southern one a few years back and it was lovely. I much rather the 777 over 747s for long distance, even for a smaller aircraft it feels much more spacious and modern thanks to the cabin design.

I had the pleasure of flying on them twice with BA&CX lovely bird, also do you know that the engines are the same size as a 737 fusalage.
