My friend got an iphone 4 from the apple store, and decided to cut his existing sim card from his nokia to fit his new phone. So problem is he cut it too small all round and it will not work. What can he do now as he has a useless sim card that will not fit either phone. The reason he was doing this is because he wants to stay on his existing bill pay plan. Can he get a new sim card from o2 , or any ideas on what he should do. Thanks

O2 will give him a new sim (with his current number and plan) for free.

Will they just give him a microsim without signing up to a new package?. it says on their web site that the cheapest microsim is 40 euro a month. Thanks.

he just needs a blank replacement sim card.
then he calls customer care and swaps his current number to the new sim (or they can do it instore).

Just go into O2 and as for a micro sim for iPhone 4

    No additional contract or anything...
