I have a 3 year degree and was wondering is their any point in applying for jobs ?

Will they all be looking for four years, i really dnt want to do another year in college as i feel im too old and i want to be out working.

Any ideas would i be just better off doing fourth year or have ye heard of jobs for the ordinary degree?

    My degree is in business.

Well, it's almost November, so you don't really have a choice now, but:

    1. There are more and more people doing postgraduate degree to advance their CV.
    2. By not finishing your undergraduate degree you may appear as somebody who doesn't finish his tasks.

The question here is; will you be able to go working with that three year degree? Many with 4 years and more are out of work.

Hi caroiline, i have taken a year out from college with a 3 year ordinary degree finished, and it has never been an issue with employers for me. I have 2 part time jobs where a degree was needed for both. Given I'm not in the business sector, and it could differ, however i would say go apply for as many jobs as you can find and build up your CV if you dont already have experience in the Business sector. Best of Luck:)
