Casual Work problem

    Hi,

I was on JSA for a few months and found casual work. Have been getting casual workers allowance since August.

My means was €20 a day (I think) and I was getting this deducted for every day I worked and getting what seemed to be the correct cheques. Now for the past two weeks they've paid me the full amount. I have dropped my forms in every week on the same day so they should be getting them.

Has this happened to anyone else? I presume it's a mistake? Should I ring up my local office or drop in in person? Don't want to end up owing a load to them.

I have gotten the full amount for the third week in a row now. Am kind of scared to ring them in case I get in trouble for this. Does anyone know why this is happening? And if it's wrong how I should fix it?

If its wrong you fix it by ringing them - and paying it back if you have been overpaid. You should contact them as soon as possible.
