hey guys, i know i'm in the wrong forum here now but i couldn't find any forum for soft drinks - to which my drink query belongs.

when my girlfriend was a kid growing up, her mother (now deceased) used to buy a drink called 'drink ten' (i think that's what it was called. i think it was made up of ten different nutrients or ingredients anyway). i'm trying to source info about it - i know it's probably not being made anymore but i just wanted some info on it. i'd appreciate any help.

    thanks, ronan.

I do remember that drink, it was around about ten years ago as I used to drink it in college. I remember being addicted to the stuff, which was bad as it was so expensive! Have you tried the ole google?

thanks for getting back to me - delighted somebody has heard of it! i've tried the google search alrite but the terms are so broad i'm getting all sorts of results. even if i knew the brand (britvic, etc.) i could narrow it down. thanks for your help so far :)

    I remember that.
It was a mixed fruit multivitamin drink.
It was quite thick and came in a tall, tapered, brown, glass bottle with a wide mouth.
I think the brand might have been Dr. (Something)

    Twas might for a hangover!!

thanks again guys, that's good info. googling is a bit of a needle in a haystack but i'm confident of coming across it. i personally have no recollection of it but i'm sure i'll come across it. keep the info coming, i appreciate it.

Yea I remember it too - we used get it in our house - was lovely! Everthing that beer revolu says is spot on as i remember it but sorry I can't add anything to it. I'll ask my family maybe they'll come up with something. It was available widely enough I'm sure - think we used to get it in supermarket, Dunnes or Tesco. Think it disappeared alright as me mam would surely have kept buying it
