So Brian told us last year that "We've turned a corner" and I suppose we have. It's just that what was around that corner wasn't what he led us to believe. Here's his press conference from after last years Budget. It all sounds very similar to what we're hearing now regarding this years Budget. More BS?

Lenihan is full of crap. I dont get why people were promoting him for the last 2 years as the only guy who knows what he's doing in FF and saying 'shure isn't he a great man altogether'. I certainly wasn't buying it. He has made MAJOR mistakes from the very start of his time in the DoF, and every time he has come out and made a statement about the economic situation it has proven to be wrong a few months later. How can anyone believe anything this moron says after he has got it wrong soooo many times. He's just another FF moron. I dont know if he's as corrupt as the rest of them, but he certainly is just as incompetent.

The Brits were taking the mick at it when their own budget was announced.

The government is lost at sea. They should have planned for the worst and prayed for the best.

The people "promoting" St Lenihan are paid to do so, and cheerlead every word he says.

He's merely the gombeen offspring of a gombeen. I certainly don't believe anything the man says or does.

He likely subscribes to his fathers' notion that "we cant all live on a small island",

Nothing would suit him more than to have 250, 000 educated people under the age of thirty emigrate. They are not going to vote for him after all.

    Lenihan has been very consistant.

Every time he makes an announcement you know :

    (a) he's wrong

    (b) its actually a lot worse

So Brian told us last year that "We've turned a corner"

All he needed to do was finish the original speech.

"We've turned a corner and jumped down the open manhole".
