    Hey everyone,this is UCD dude's brother,

    in the process of trying to put on muscle mass whilst keeping fat gains low,want to improve my strength and pack on some serious size.i work out around 4/5 days of the week and have some light running twice per week.This is the diet i have been following for the past 2 weeks or so and was wondering what you guys think of it,im 6.1 and 94 kg,want to get upto around 97kg.


    10am- oatmeal+honey,whey protein shake made with water
    fish oils+multi vitamin,2 caps-ups labs pink magic

    12.30am- 2 tins tuna+half cup broccoli+handfull strawberries+raspberries

    3.00pm- 2 chicken fillets +half cup broccoli+cauliflower,pint of water,handfull blueberries

    4 pm Pre workout ,ups labs-Jack3d + 2 caps ups labs pink magic

    4.30 pm During workout - Gaspari size on

    6 pm post workout-whey protein shake

    6.45 pm steak+2 burgers cup brown rice + half cup broccoli,pint of water + 2 caps ups labs pink magic

    9.00 pm 2 ryvita bread with cottage cheese,2 slices of ham,pint of water

    11pm protein shake+bed


    any advice would be greatly appreciated,on my off days do you think i need to alter my diet or should i keep carb meals etc the same? also i am considering a download week soon where i wont be going to a gym for a full week to allow myself to recover fully as i have done around 6 weeks of gym 4/5 days a week now.How would i alter my diet for this download week?look forward to hearing from you all,

    Impossible to tel with out portion sizes, only you know this.
    The food types are all fine, oats, honey, brown rice for carbs, meat for protien and oils, fish oil supp,
    No eggs?

    But unless your are eating enough of them then its no good. But, its looks to be about right tbh.

    I'd drop the pink magic, test boosters are a waste of money, no opinion on jack3d
