USB input question

    i'm looking at buying a new telly and i want to get one with a usb input. my question is if download a program in HD will it play as HD through the usb input????

    Depends entirely on what the TV accepts over usb. My suggestion is to download the manual for the model(s) you are looking to buy and read up on what features are available.

    This usually answers your questions in a more reliable way than asking the human in the shop.

    typical HD downloaded content will be with a .mkv extension so pretty much a requirement for .mkv compatability...
