Direct flights in the summer only with Aer Lingus.

In the winter you will have to connect, Air Baltic usually offer the best fares but time ex DUB are awkward. You shoud be easily able to do it for less than €400 altough it is an expensive place to get to.

Try syscanner.net it will give you airline combinations Ryanair and Easyjet etc if you are willing to risk a possible missed connection.

SAS also do some reasonable fares via Copenhagen/Oslo on certain days - check out flysas.ie
