What is the story about running on the track at the University of Limerick? Do you have to pre book it or can you just go on it and train away?

Considering that there be no group training there at the time.

I'll take the unofficial answer as well........

Thanks Brian. I think Mike Hayes will want runners out of lane 1 all the time.

Use this track quite a lot and actually surprised it's not busier.

Stay out of lane 1 and run anti-clockwise and you'll have no problems.

I agree, but if you're doing a speed session like 5 x 600m its a bit of a pain to use lane 2 as regards distance, you find yourself guessing where the start/end is.

Had this exact problem on CIT's track last week using lane 3. Thought I was flying untill measured it out again after & discovered I had only been doing 590m's:mad: Disgusted!!
