Hi all,

I am looking to head to england in january on a weekend break (fri-sun), i am going to london with my girlfriend so i said we could hire a car and visit family just living outside london only problem is i can't seem to find a company tha will let my hire a car because i am 21 my gf is 22, so either way alot say no go untill i am 23.:(

i was just wondering if any one could help in where to go or if there is no chance.

You can pay an additional loading, did it for a friend of mine recently. I *think* it was about £12 a day.

Europcar will rent small medium to medium sized cars to 21 year olds. No big cars or surreally, superminis though.

I'm actually booking car hire now, europcar charge about 25 euro a day for 21 year olds on a Punto-sized car.

You also need to have had a full licence for one year.
