bbc4 not working

    Hi all
    BBC 4 is not working for me.
    I tried resetting my sky box and it doesn't help.
    I removed the channel and tried to add it in again.
    When I search for the channel it isn't appearing on the list.
    When I search using the frequency I get all the BBCs but no BBC4.
    I can't find this channel anymore.
    Anyone else had this trouble?

    You probably need to re-enter the frequency, they moved it and some boxes do not autotune it.
