Either in the Irish Reports report or else with a bit of digging from the courts service.

High Court case heard on the 17th and 18th October, 2000 and judgement given on 27th October.

The Supreme Court case was heard on the 4th and 5th July, 2001 and their decision was delivered on the 8th November, 2001.

If you look between the headnote and the body of the judgment in the report it will give you the info on the HC, if you look between the HC judgement and the SC judgement it will give you info on the appeal.

I like the bit where Hardiman J says lets stop screwing around with this always-prop-up-the-state-in-their-crazy-schemes bunkum and be real judges for a change.

    Nice.
