    Hi
If I was to buy an iPad in pc world and something goes wrong do I deal with apple directly or do I have to deal with pc world? I have a voucher which can b used in pc world but had a big problem before getting a computer fixed with them and do not want to go through that again.

    Thanks

Buy it from PC World by all means, but deal after with Apple after that - PC World know nothing about anything mac.

Was chatting to two of their staff one day. One guy had been trained by Apple and was pretty knowledgable. You can be unlucky however, some staff are just their for the money and a job. Like most work places to be fair.

evidently I'm desperately unlucky then - Tallaght, Limerick and Galway, in all I encountered zeroes but no heroes.
