Personally don't see that as a fantastic offer worthy of mention and no disrespect intended to you OP. Dunnes were doing 2L bottles of Pepsi/ Pepsi max/ Diet pepsi for 92cent up to not too long back....they still could be for what I know. I'm sure I seen 2 litre bottles of Club Orange and 7up for €1.00 per bottle in Dunnes Childers road Limerick last Friday evening.

Totally agree, pepsi just isnt the same as coke, if it was free i still couldnt drink it:(

How many bargain alerts have you posted then? Why didn't you bother posting all these great deals you saw? Instead of criticising someone for trying to help why don't you contribute something?

I'm sure I seen a Pepsi vs Coca Cola thread before and am sure the debate has being documented to the nth degree elsewhere too. Different strokes for different folks I guess but I'm more in the Pespsi camp myself although I will drink and enjoy either.

First off I don't particularly appreciate your condascending attititude. I feel its uncalled for. I never criticised the OP, just merely said to them in the nicest possible fashion that I didn't think the offer they posted on was a bargain particularly worth noting as per below:-

Now to be fair about it I don't think I could have said it much nicer than that and bearing in mind too that the other purpose of these threads are to promote discussion and debate. Fair play to the OP for posting and that and absolutely no disrespect intended to you on my behalf at any stage wwpdd3 but I was merely saying I don't find it a particulary good offer worth noting and posted details of offers in another supermarket which I consider better value at the same time.
