    Ted Baker do lovely leather wallets for about €60; if that's more than you were planning on spending then try Boots. They do leather-type wallets in their gift section :)

    I have a montblanc westside, no coin compartment.
    Can´t recommend their mens wallets enough, very stylish, slim, durable and functional. only problem may be the price.
    Afaik they run about 200+

    Without trying to sound smart, but, what's wrong with something like this;

    Looks grand to me, and you'll still have money left over to put into it. Absolutely shocked to see someone above mention paying €200 for a wallet. Absolute madness, in my opinion (though I know that everyone's different, so...).

    Wouldn't buy a wallet with no coin area though. Noise of coins rattling around in pockets wrecks my head.

    Nothing wrong with it for the price but i wouldn't expect it to last too long. Cheap wallets will be made with poor material and have weak stitching they won't usually hold up too well. It's pretty ugly too IMO.

    Id probably be looking at spending around the €50 mark for something decent OP but you want to keep it minimal and slim. Ditch the contents you don't use regularly, nothing worse than having some big bulky yoke in your pocket, it looks terrible if your dressing up. Id avoid one's with coin holders to be honest.

    Without trying to sound rich, but if you buy a 200$ wallet you will more than likely not have problems filling it with cash.

    Anyways it was just a suggestion for the upper end of the market.
    Functional wallets are nice, as are functional watches, shoes, belts, hats etc. But since this is F/AP I gave a suggestion for a stylish designer mens wallet.

    The one pythia linked to was also pretty nice.
    I don´t like coins rattling around either, but I HATE hate coins in a wallet. It makes them so bulky. Example, in suits when your wallet is full of coins in the breast pocket, it will sag it down. And large wallets, I find don´t fit well into slacks or the back pocket of jeans. (don´t get me started on wallets in front pockets :pac:)

    Debenhams often have sales on the John Rocha wallets which are really nice and keep an eye on TK Maxx and they often have designer ones cheaper. Failing that, Dunnes have good plain leather wallets for a decent price!

    Coin pockets in a wallet are totally useless. Just weigh it down unnecessarily. We have too many coins here anyway.

    I'm just looking for a plain one, black or brown. But the main reason for inquiring about a new wallet was that mine doesn't have a coin holder. like anything at a decent price. I hear off a few people and after reading replies on this thread that river island, dunnes or debenhams would probably have the best.
