Which GHD is better?

Hi all, I have decided I am going to treat myself to a GHD this weekend. My hair is very long and very thick (full head of extensions) and I see GHD do an extra-wide model. Personally I think the normal GHD is better as you can get nearer the roots and it also doubles as a curler. I hardly know anyone who owns a wide one.

I completly agree with what Pythia says above. I have the wide version and while it is great for thick hair the normal sized one is far better at getting at the roots.
