Band Location: Dublin. Rehearsals in Dublin city centre.
Influences: The Ramones, The Descendents, Screeching Weasel, NoFX, Hüsker Dü, Pennywise, Queers, Stiff Little Fingers, The Replacements, Sex Pistols, Bad Religion, Riverdales, maybe a bit of earlier Green Day & The Offspring and lots more... Do you get the picture? essentially we're gonna play some kickin' punk that you can rock the f**k out to.
Position Available: Guitarist. The ability to sing backing vocals while playing would be an advantage but not necessary.
Desired Age Range: 20-30~ (current band members age ranges from mid 20's to early 30's.)
Available Sound Samples: None yet...
Additional Info: Originals band with one or two cover songs for the set. No songs written yet. At the moment we're just going through some covers and trying to get in the right mindset & gel together. Current line-up is myself on bass, vocalist(who plays guitar also) and drummer.

One important point to make is that it might require a bit of commitment. I'm not talking giving up jobs, women, first born children or anything like that... just a bit of commitment and motivation to actually do something.

Lets play some songs, do some gigs, record a bit and see what else happens.

hi, my names mark. ive posted on boards before but with no real luck, people seem to be too shy to commit, ive jammed once before but it went nowhere and his songs sucked. heres one of a few albums i have made, recording them on camera before i get started. i create at such a pace that it builds up. the lyrics are that of shamanic writing, of which are in the links, which you can check out and choose to agree or diagree to keep whichever ones you desire. it started off just for the music but i got heavy into writing after a while. i notice that if you keep creating that you build up so much that what your left with is really great, if not always trying to perfect it. id say, seeing as you are well dug into punk that youd appreciate the music. kinda stooges, crossed with nirvana, with my own particular sound. i believe in keeping it interesting and not to trust satisfaction that comes too easily, to keep a high standard in other words, which is also kept well by constant creation. check out the music to see if you like each song, and remember i have a lot more of that standard. also i have a place where i can jam for free in dun laoghaire, i share a car but with a full clean licence, the jam space is a downatairs bar area a friend offered me to use, other people also use it as a jam space, ive djed in the bar before its a nice place, closed most of the time so we can take time in jamming. anyway let me know if your interested. i hope for a reply. mark.
