I moved out of a house last week after giving the required 28 days written notice. The landlord had previously said in a message that i can have my deposit back when i leave. Now, the landlords aren't answering ny of my messages or calls. Please give me advice plus they are not ber registered ..

go to threshold

threaten the landlord with the prtb - since he/she isn't registered he's liable to be fined by them if it goes that far.
