Not a hope would I order anything from komplett with whats been going on for quite some time now. Double charging, taking months to refund .. etc

I was going to buy a dlink 655 off them yesterday and sent them an email to enquire about delivery time and to confirm that they are in stock and Ive still not got a reply from them, I think I will avoid at this stage and go with elara instead.

Hmm first I've heard of all this bad goings on at Komplett. I was contemplating ordering a Harmony One off them. Think I'd better not so.

i used to use komplett all the time - but they messed me around so i stopped using them. i even sent a moaning email to them but they didnt seem to care.

Maybe it's only recently that they went bad, but I had trouble with them more than 6 years ago. Returned a wrong item, and after more than a month, got my money back, only to be charged for the entire order less that a week later. Had to go to my credit card company to get it back again. Never went near them since. AVIOD!!!

On a side note, I've ordered two times off pixmania, and it took 3 weeks each time to deliver. Both times it was DHL that were the couriers. Stayed clear of them since then.

Pixmainia!!?? They have to be the worst on-line store around. I won't bore you with details of my experiences with them, but needless to say I would never recommend that shower of s**tes to anyone. Their customer service is appalling. :mad:

I gor a very good deal on a HO from RS in Belfast. Free Del for boardies at the time I ordered. Worth checking them out.

Ordered an external hard drive for PC from pixmania, the sent me one for a MAC. Returned it for an exchange, they sent me a replacement, also for a MAC! When I called up, after holding for 20 mins on the phone, yer one had the temerity to tell me that I ordered the one for the MAC, even though I was looking at my printed out order form.
Idiots, I shall not return.
