I have a large area at the back of my house, about 1/2 acre which had gone wild. Brought in a machine and some topsoil and seeded the lot, easiest way to keep it under control (Ride on mower). However it is a bit rough, even though we raked the lot for stones before seeding. What's the best way to level it off? I was thinking a mix of screeded topsoil and sand, it is a bit wet still. Any ideas appreciated.
