But why is Finn fully dressed the whole time?! He's not my favourite but he could have at least obliged with some skin!

Diana Agron in skimpy clothing is enough for me. Get rid of that little freak that plays Rachel though... she's looking weird now that she's lost her chubbiness

It was just a total over reaction: like honestly 2 24 year old actresses appearing in clothes albeit skimpy is not bordering on paedophelia  Wonderful Parent's Council in America over reacting there: who lets kids read GQ anyway...

I think the problem is that they're portraying 15/16 year olds on the show and probably any of the viewers don't know they are much older in real life. When people see those actors they relate them to the school kid characters.

I kind of see their point to be honest.

When I saw those pics It really put me off Glee in a major way.
Its pretty disconcerting to see the two women hyper-sexualised with their breasts and bums hanging out while Corey keeps his clothes on with his hands on their bums. Guys can just sit their fully clothed while the girls writhe, wriggle naked for his pleasure. Yuck,What were Quinn and Racheal thinking??

Well thats just it: it wasn't Quinn and Rachel: it was Lea Michele and Diane Aragon two 24 year old actresses. ANd the reason Corey had his clothes on was..... well its GQ... what do you expect?

I think a more basic question would be what parent would be negligent enough to be worried about these pictures and not the show itself. The reaction seemed to be based on the premise that Glee was a wholesome kid-friendly show, when it's as removed from Saved by the Bell with songs as you can get without being American Pie. If parents are worried about 'bad ideas' being beamed into their children's minds then they should be a tad more proactive and alot less reactionary.

Given that it was GQ - Gentlemen's Quarterly - I'm sure you can forgive them for sparing their middle-class metrosexual male readership a naked man in the middle of their Glee fantasy, they probably question their sexuality enough as it is!

Ironically, this thread reminded me of this week's episode where Santana and the other girls point - rightly - that them objectifying Finn is the same thing alot of guys do to women. Neither side is really absolved of blame and indeed the 'why isn't Corey naked!?' responses here reflects that.

A valid point about Glee....it's clear this American parents watchdog has never seen Glee...i mean, it's NOT for kids!....if i child is watching Glee then the parents should be asking themselves why they allow it.
