    Mother is thinking of moving to UPC from Eircom but is wondering what is the story if something goes wrong with UPC who do we contact?

    She said that before when they left Eircom and were with Chorus anytime something happened they had to contact Eircom and she doesn't want this again.

    Anyone know?:confused:

    UPC use the TV cables to carry the phone and broadband it is nothing to do with Eircom.
    If something goes wrong you contact UPC on 1908.
