    http://www.ijtsave.com/?sct=7touch

For my 9-year old to do a bit of surfing, games, YouTube etc.

Before anyone explains, I do fully realise that it's not an iPad.:)

But for roughly €100 and a 12-month warranty, is it worth a try?

    Or anything similar but better?

You,d be better off buying a pentium 4 ,1ghz cpu laptop, with wifi wireless built in, 150euro or less on www.adverts.ie,
that has 500mhz cpu,128meg ram, theres very few games would run on it.
p4 laptop plays loads of game bejewelled, pc games, puzzle games, plants vs zombies etc, try and get cpu =1ghz minimum, ram 1gig ,dvdrom, cdrw, and 40gig hardrive minimum .Screen size at least 14/ 15inch.
most people with ipads also have laptops too.
