rights regarding hours being cut

i work in an office with 12 people (including the two bosses).

14 months ago only 5 of us had our hours cut to a 3 day week. After probably 4 or 5 months, two of my colleagues were put back to their full time jobs. I know that the 3 of us on reduced hours claim the social welfare for the days we dont work but this wont last forever.

so basically out of 10 support staff only 3 of us are on a 3 day week. And all of us have basically the same skill set (we are all typists).

I wanted to talk to my bosses to see what the plans were for the future i.e. are they going to put the three of us back full time and put different members of staff (who have not had their hours or pay cut) on a three day week.

Do i have any rights regarding this? Is it fair of my employer to have select few staff feel the brunt in the office?
