I have had my 02 mobile broadband for the past 3 weeks now. Generally the last 2 weeks it has been pretty reliable and with decent download and upload speeds however now I have NOTHING. I have always 2,3 or 4 bars on the WDCMA or HDMA network but yet still have no internet connection. I tried calling them a few times but I kept getting told to hold and hold and hold until finally they tell you that the queues will be longer than 5 minutes and then they disconnect you........

What should I do at all??

Try it elsewhere in case the modem is banjaxed.
