Hi. I've heard that even though the XL screen is larger, there's a bit of pixelation with the games, is this true? (Son has DSi, daughter asking Santie for XL this year). Are there any benefits of XL over DSi besides screen size?
    Thanks.

XL has a longer battery life as well because it uses a 1000 mAh battery compared to the DSi's 840mAh... you can get another 3-4 hours extra out of the battery...

Screen size is really the main difference tbh

The DS hasn't the best screen resolution so I'd image there is pixelation. It's personal preference really. You are better off trying both.
