    Hi,
    I'm looking to move out of my college accommodation, (I now have very few hours in college because I am repeating)

    It is a big 6 bed house in The Laurels,Briarfield in Castletroy
    • 15 minute walk from UL,
    • 2 mins from Superquinn, Off-licence, The Hurlers Bar and Lodge
    • 10 mins from Lidl
    Very quiet house with 5 others, (one guy and four other girls)
    €250 per month

    Hi there,
    I'm interessted in your room in briarfeild, because I will be going on teaching practise in casteltroy college and id like to be close. Im just wondering is there internet in the house, and what bills are included in the 250?? Also what years are the current people in the house? The only problem would be that id only be able to stay there for the 1st semester is that ok? Oh and could you tell me the exact number of the house in laurels?so i could maybe come and visit to see what its like? Is that ok?
