    Details of normal credits can be viewed here.

    In general, the following list would be fairly typical of the most commonly claimed tax credits:

    For each person=> 1830 pa
    PAYE employee => 1830 pa
    Refuse collection => Max of €80 pa (20% of the service charges you paid in the prior calendar year, if lower)
    Trade union => 70 pa
    Rent credit=> 800 per couple if under 55/ 1600 if over 55 (or 20% of rent paid in the calendar year if lower)

    The answer to that depends on what assumptions you want to make!

    For a married couple, both PAYE employees, both union members, claiming the maximum refuse charges pa, their total credits would be €7540 pa. That could be split in any number of ways but if it was split equally, it would give €3770 pa each. That works out at €72.50 per week.
    However, it really depends on the specific circumstances and how the credits are split- 1 spouse might take as much as possible or they are split equally etc.
