    Wonder if they have the facility to check if you're a previous customer? I'd say so, seeing as it was a targeted mail shot...

    If you were a previous customer but the room was booked under your partners name before I'm sure you'd still qualify. They'd have no way of checking that.

    I'm a previous customer but not a happy one so maybe that's why I didn't get the email.
