iphone & itouch 2 people 1 itunes library.....

    ok i have an itouch 32gb
    i'm getting an iphone 4

    I want to give the missus the itouch and possibly open a new itunes account for her so she can do what she likes with it

    but also be free to choose music or apps from my itunes library......is this possible

    Your apps won't be avaialable to her if ya set up a new account. Y not just leave it as it is

    yes they will. You can authorise 5 computers per each itunes account. Once the computer is authorised for both itunes accounts (which it would be the second they are created on that computer) then any device synced with said computer can use the app's corresponding to both those accounts.

    Could be as simple as setting up a playlist for each of your devices, then you can add what you like to yours and she can do the same, then just sync that playlist?

    are ya sure, i thought apps would only be available to the apple id they wee puchased with
