Fridge problems

right guys here is the problem........i am getting a horrible noise from fridge , sounds like a strong wind blowing through a tunnel, but only happens when fridge is cooling down (i think as doesnt happen all the time ) have noticed the compressor to be very warm, also noticed one side of coil covering whole back of fridge…
