Whats wrong with RTE website since its 'upgrade' ?

Anyone know whats up with the RTE website and when its likely to work properly again. Seems to have been faulty since the new frontpage was put up. Sometimes it loads, sometimes it doesnt. If it does load, sometimes links from it work, more often, just gat a could not connect to remote server error.
