Be a bit livelier if Pat Kenny through a child abuse curveball at this lad..

Advise from the church about the economy? How about this Diarmuid, the state gets paid back all the money it had to pay to cover the costs of abuse carried out by the church....

So Diarmuid Martin reckons that the Church DID advise against the dangers of the Celtic Tiger but "we were having too much of a good time"... It's a pity they werent so farseeing when it came to child abuse...

Wow lots of non-posting going on last night - were we all watching the Apprentice.

There was an small article in the Mail on Sunday (ooh I know how much you love that paper) here's the gist of it:

Ireland's Greatest wasn't get a lot of viewers/interest as it was up against the Apprentice - so last week there was a very sudden last minute change of schedule - Steven Carson decided to put Frontline up against the Apprentice and let Irelands Greatest go on at 10:35. If that was due to the fact that his wife Miriam O'Callaghan was presenting Ireland's Greatest is anybody's guess - however changing the time lost an additional 100,000 viewers to Ireland's Greatest.....

The Church giving advice on the economy. No wonder we're f*cked.

So they want to boycott a programme where they get asked tough questions (although I kind of agree with the article's Joe Duffy comparison) but are delighted to appear on The Late Late Love-in.
