Company that could provide cheapish child's toys

One of the restaurants that I do some work for want to introduce a kid's club. i.e. free meals with adult meals...but we'd like to be able to give them a free gift as well. Does anyone know of any company that could provide large quantities of such a product at not too high a price? Thanks in advance.
