Deposit interest refund - Pensions

Just doing out a few forms there for a relative of mine who's been paying DIRT on his deposit interest for the last few years eventhough he's over 65 and earning over €40,000.

Just wondering if anyone here has made such an application for a refund. Will I need to file Form 12's for each year or will sending deposit interest certs for each year suffice ?

Will be a lot of bother tracking down P60s and trying to get pension figures from the Dept of Social Welfare. Will need to get the claim in by 31 Oct too if I can get back the DIRT paid in 2005.
