Try http://www.camdenclothing.ie/ - I have not done business with them myself though I may do. They were recommended to me by someone in the printing industry.

We used this crowd recently to do some hats, tops etc.
They were embroidered rather than printed but I'm sure they print as well.
I must say the service was great and the quality superb.
