    That's some good stuff right there and it sounds perfectly fine without vocals to me.

    What are your influences? I'd be into Red Sparrows, GIAA, Explosions in the Sky, Pelican and so forth... and am currently without band.

    Hmm just had a further listen, you're probably moving in a more metal/rock direction, where as I'd be of a more post-rock/instrumental leaning. Sure let me know your influences anyway.

    Id be definitely into the whole Rock and Metal thing. My influences are the likes of Metallica, Nirvana, Mastadon, Tool, Kerbdog, Deftones. Saying that, I am partial to a bit of 65 days of static and Porcupine tree. Im not necessarily looking to go down the metal route. I am however lookin for big riffs with melodic choruses/vocals and what not. The bassist i have would be more less into metal and would be into bands such as QOTSA, Tool, Velvet revolver, Muse and stuff like that.
