Hope I'm in the right place. I'm looking to buy a few suits for work and going out on corporate nights.

    Does anyone have this problem:
I've a problem in the fact that I'm a big and broad bloke. 6'3" tall and about 46"-48" chest. I'm finding it near impossible to find a suit that fits well and doesn't make me look like Harold or Lloyd from Dumb and Dumber. So i was wondering is there any where that I can get a good suit at about €100 a pop.

The problem that I see here is that E100 isn't going to buy you much of a suit.

My OH is about 6'2" and 44" inch chest but he has picked up a lot of suits in Ted Baker etc. They're very well cut. Another brand that caters for the broader gent is Jaegar but they're quite pricey, even in the outlet in Kildare Village.

In the cheaper end of the market, M&S come to mind as a candidate. Their cheaper suits are actually quite good for the money and they should cover a broad range of sizes.

I'd be a very similar size to you - 6'4 and 48" chest. For only €100 a suit, you're not going to have much choice other than M&S. Try getting a 'Long' fitting jacket rather than a regular one - But it really depends on your body shape.

To be honest, you'd be better off buying two suits for 300 each rather than 6 suits for 100 each. Get a navy and a dark grey. They'll last longer, hold their shape longer and look better.
