I have to speak for the motion: "This House Believes That Tony Blair Should be tried for War Crimes" and haven't the faintest idea where to start researching this... Literally starting on the wiki page and feeling a little over whelmed. Sorry if this is the wrong forum, but any links/hits would be really helpful =)
