Heard a rumour about this but not sure if its true.

If i book a return flight with ryanair, check in for both flights (inbound and outbound) but then do not fly on the outbound flight. (e.g. my private jet takes me there instead!) Is the return leg of the journey still valid? Or will i be denied boarding because I didnt take the outbound flight?

I have done this on a few occasions without any difficulty. I can't see a problem for you.

    Caveat
EI and BA do not allow this so I would check with ryanair first using the excuse that you may actually get there by another means but need to get back.

Ryanair is one of the few airlines who allow this :)

Absolutely no problem. I can also confirm that both in theory and in my personal experience, this can be done and causes no issues whatsoever. Each flight is a separate transaction and skipping one does not invalidate another, no matter whether booked together or not, checked in or not.
